Cancellation, Modification, & No-Show Policy
If you must cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice by email or phone to avoid fees. A credit card is required to schedule appointments; any cancellation or late fees incurred will be charged to this card.

Every client is allowed ONE (1) penalty-free cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment's scheduled start time. All subsequent appointment cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to fees as outlined below.

For same-day appointments (i.e., made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment’s start time), a cancellation notice of at least 4 hours is required to avoid fees. Failure to provide notice will likewise result in a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the reserved service.

For all other appointments, any cancellation or modification(s) made less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services.

“No-Shows” and cancellations made within THREE (3) HOURS before the appointment’s scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service price.
LATE Policy
Patients are asked to arrive for their appointments before their scheduled appointment time.

Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. Please, ALWAYS CALL if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you and the rest of the appointments into our day.

If you arrive late, you may have to forgo parts of the session to stay within the time allotted for your appointment.

If you are less than 15 minutes late and have contacted us to warn us that you’ll be late, you may complete the remaining time scheduled for your session, knowing that you will not receive a full-length session.

If you are more than 20 minutes late and have NOT contacted us, we will consider this a missed or “No-Show.” Per the no-show policy, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the booked service price.
