We offer four different options for in-person training—injury prevention, performance, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport training. Receive individualized instruction and attention from our team of dedicated experts who will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized plan tailored to your fitness goals and the varying needs of your lifestyle.

Please note that while the focus of the session varies among the four types of in-person training, the cost and duration of in-person training sessions do not. That said, regardless of which of the four options you book, all in-person training sessions will be one (1) hour long and cost $160.00 per session.
